Rails 3 in Action ReviewIf you want to learn Rails this is the best book out there. It covers the latest Rails 3.1 release, focuses on all the mainstream tools popular with Rails developers. I switched from Catalyst because of the community support. This is by far the best introduction to someone new to Rails and even web development. I would recommended learning Ruby first or even while you are reading this and David Black's Well-Grounded Rubyist is the best one I found. Plus Jason is very responsive on the Manning forums so if you have a question he is always responsive and helpful.Rails 3 in Action Overview
